We are going to see how to add sign and request to get signed off from others in Adobe Reader. Now I am mentioning what I did to do this step by step below.
- Firstly I open a document in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and find the Fill & Sign option to add a sign in the pdf document.
- After I clicked the Fill & Sign navigator I find a window like attached below.
- For adding my sign in pdf documents I choose Fill and sign navigator.
- That appeared a pop up bar navigator with ✑ Sign, click and select Add Signature⊕ button to add the digital sign.
- After clicking the Add Signature button, will appear a window where picture can add.
- Select Image or drug & drop the image there and add to the documents.
- And if you want a signature from the others through the Adobe Acrobat Reader than Select 'Request signatures' option.
- This will appear a window as attached the below one.
- Fill with an email or multiple in Signers field. You can add there CC as well.
- Add some Subject & Message if you want to say something with the documents.
- You can Specify Where to Sign by clicking that option and select the location you want the sign.
- Then send the documentation to the signers and the responses will notify through email to the senders as well with the signed documents.
